What People's Say About Place

If you love Thai food, then this place is a must! I was fortunate to work with the owner many years ago. He was an up and coming chef. His food was fantastic and above all, he was kind. I was saddened when he told us he was leaving but happy that he was chasing his dream. He now has two locations which tells you he knows what he’s doing. Give him a try!

This Thai restaurant is a hidden gem. The food tastes authentic and flavorful, just like real Thai home cooking. At first, after reading some of the earlier reviews, I was a little worried that I might be disappointed with the service and food, But after trying it myself, the experience was much better than I expected. The food was delicious, the service was kind, and everything exceeded my expectations. I’m really glad I decided to give this place a chance. The dishes are well-seasoned, fresh, and served hot every time. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the atmosphere warm and comfortable. Portions are generous and worth the price. Whether you like spicy food or mild flavors, they are happy to adjust to your preference. Highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic Thai food with great service. I will definitely come back again! Even when I ordered takeout around close to closing time, the restaurant still accepted my order. The chef and cashier knew I was hungry and I know myself it looks bad when you come around closing time, but they still took the time to cook for me. That kindness really meant a lot and made the food taste even better. You can truly feel the heart behind this place, not just the food. Food that my family and I recommend - Pad Kee Mow - Pad See Ew - Thai Fried Rice - Basil Fried Rice - Beef & Broccoli - Beef Basil - Green Curry - Panang Curry - Thai Curry Noodle Soup - Mango Sticky Rice - CashewNut Chicken1 - Ginger Chicken - Tom Kha Soup - Crab Rangoon - Crispy Roll Chicken - Fresh Roll Shrimp

Order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. Got the chicken basil, chicken pad kee mow, and the sticky rice with mango. The chicken basil was minced like the authentic Thai dish, but the dish had too much soy sauce and oyster sauce. The sauce was dark and a little thick. It didn’t really taste like chicken basil and it didn’t taste like the chicken basil from the other location. Partner got the pad kee mow. And I got the mango sticky rice, which was a nice size serving and included fresh strawberries. It had a pretty presentation. I had my leftover chicken basil boxed up by the service and I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box at home. The plastic container had a separate compartment that the service placed the main entree and in the small compartment they put the rice to keep it all separate. Also, I recall, having only a little bit of rice left when I gave my plate to the service to pack. I think they snuck in a little extra rice to help with the amount of entrée I still had left. Overall, service was friendly. I don’t know how busy this location gets, but it look like they tried to maximize all the space, including putting bar height tables down the hall, right outside the restrooms.

I order more take out food from here than any other restaurant I eat at. I love this place. I have eaten at many other Thai restaurants in the north Dallas area, and this place is still my preference. What I love most is that the food here has a lot of flavor. That’s the most important thing. The tom yum has that great fragrant sour punch to it. The satay is generously spiced. I love that there is mango in the vegetarian fresh rolls. Whether you want beef, chicken, seafood, tofu, or vegetables, they really nail the flavor profiles. I used to eat a lot of Panda Express, but I’d rather have this orange chicken. Even when I keep it light and order the vegetarian delight, they always make sure to deliver it with great flavor No complaints on the service. Overall I’m a very satisfied regular customer

The workers here are so sweet and the food comes out fresh, hot, and super fast. The portions are big and everything is seasoned perfectly — from their appetizers to the mains to the dessert(I recommend the mango sticky rice). Reasonably priced for a very positive experience.

My favorite place on earth!!! i’ve been coming here since i was 15 and i am now 20, this place is wonderful the food is always extremely delicious, if i could go to one restaurant for the rest of my life it would be this place, trust me this place is absolutely delicious!!! Might even ask them to cater my wedding and i’m not even engaged yet lol!

I’ve been ordering takeout from this location for years. The food has always been hot, fresh, and delicious. For some reason I can’t figure out, they are always very, very tight on the steamed white rice. I always have to order a second side of rice, just to get a decent serving. Besides that, I have never had any issues here. Over the years, we have tried a variety of menu items, but my family’s go-to are always the curries. I absolutely love the Green Curry with veggies, my daughter prefers the Yellow Curry with chicken, and my spouse loves the Massaman Curry with chicken. If you prefer to eat in, they do have a quaint little dining room. If you just want some take out, its best to call ahead to place your order since wait times can be upwards of 30 minutes, and longer on weekends. They are closed on Sunday’s, but don’t worry, their Main Street location is open on Sunday’s if you don’t mind driving a little further. Highly recommended!

I was a bit hesitant due to some reviews but I decide to try this place anyway. First time coming to this place since I’m new to the area looking for a new Thai spot and craving flat noodles and fried rice. Service was good they are nice people and the portions are worth the price. I had the basil fried rice and pad kee mow was delicious and they don’t play about their spice. Level 4 def made my nose runny. Just the way I like it. I order a level 3 for fried rice since my partner can’t handle spicy and he also said his was spicy. Only thing is the beverages were a bit pricey. I didn’t ask if refills would be free after hearing the price but that’s something worth purchasing a beverage if they give free refills. I’d def recommend the spot
